The Educational Reform Network was created by Dr. Michael Bautista, Sue Stretar and Dennis Stretar. Dr. Bautista serves as the Executive Director, Ms. Stretar is the Project Management Specialist responsible for organizational structure and program implementation, and Mr. Stretar produces the multimedia for website platforming. TERN is applying for non-profit status as a 501(c)(3).


Dr. Michael Bautista has been in the education vertical for over 30 years. He has experience in all levels of education both as a teacher and administrator. As a teacher/administrator, Dr. Bautista opened a magnet school (
Denver School of the Arts, Denver Public Schools) with the belief that integrating general core subject matters with the passion of the student, and then integrating that passion with the general core subject matters, provides the student with the most effective and practical education. By taking a broader cross-disciplinary approach, he believes the student sees the connection of how each area affects the other and how they build upon the other in real world applications. Dr. Bautista is also a consultant and owns MPB & Associates...CV


Dennis and Sue Stretar are a husband and wife team with extensive experience producing multimedia for broadcast over the Internet and on television. As broadcast journalists, they produced and co-hosted a public affairs radio program, Colorado Today, broadcast on AM1430 KEZW from 1999 through 2006. They also produced television programs broadcast on local PBS. Their productions include Fighting Breast Cancer, A Personal Stroy broadcast on KBDI-12, PBS and "Most Hallowed Ground" The Story of Arlington Cemetery, an educational documentary video which is distributed nationally by the Library Video Company and Amazon.com Their multimedia production company STS Media Productions, was establish in 1999...CV
